About our sunroom contractor company in Placentia

Sunroom addition with a glass roof and walls, leafy garden views, white sofa, plants, and a wooden coffee table.

Why I build sunrooms the way I do

I learned to build on a city maintenance crew, where every job got inspected and nobody picked up a tool until the paperwork was right. I started this business in Placentia in 2013, and we've been building sunrooms, patio enclosures and patio covers here ever since. Most of the people who call us live in Placentia or the cities around it and want more use out of a patio, a deck or a backyard they already have.

What I care about most are the parts you don't see, like what the room sits on and how it joins the house. A room that looks good the day we finish but leaks or gets too hot to sit in isn't something I want my name on. In Placentia, room additions go to the city for plan review before anyone builds, so I'd rather slow down at the start, answer your questions and get the room type right. You can see everything we build on our home page.

What working with us is like

  • You deal with the same person start to finish

I come out to look at your yard and do the estimate myself, then I plan the room and run the build with our own crew. What we agree on in your backyard is what gets built, because nothing gets lost passing from one person to the next.

  • We build it to be inspected and handle the permits

We pull the permits our jobs need, get drawings from a licensed architect or engineer when the city asks for them, and meet the inspector on site so you don't have to. If you're in an HOA, tell us early so their sign-off doesn't hold anything up.

  • Your choices in plain words, and the plan in writing

I lay out the room types and what each one would sit on before I give you my opinion, and I'll tell you straight when an old slab or deck has to be opened up before we know what's under it. Then the plan goes in writing, so you know what you're getting before you decide.

  • A licensed contractor and a quick answer

California requires a state contractor's license for anyone who contracts for work on a project that needs a building permit, and we're licensed and insured, with satisfaction guaranteed on every job. Estimates are free, done on site and carry no obligation, so reach out through our contact page and we'll get back to you within one business day.
